My skin developed red patches... I had previously used azelaic acid from a different brand and everything was fine, but after reading reviews, I decided to try this brand. Unfortunately, it was a mistake.
This is an excellent product for those who have occasional breakouts. It effectively reduces inflammation and dries them out. It works wonders for combination and oily skin.
After using this serum, my face feels a burning sensation and turns red. It's almost like getting a burn. Even with a small amount applied, this happens. I don't know if this is normal, but my skin is screaming for help after using it.
I purchased this product for my skin, which has quite noticeable scars. After a week of using it, I haven't noticed any magical changes yet. I will continue to observe its effects. The texture is pleasant and it applies evenly without feeling sticky or having an unpleasant smell. However, it stings a little when applied on freshly wounded areas. Currently, I am using it as part of my nighttime skincare routine.
I didn't notice any effect at all. I understand that it's all individual, but whenever I used this product, my skin always turned red, burned, and I experienced very unpleasant sensations, not to mention the unpleasant smell.
This is an amazing product! I have only used it a couple of times, but I have already noticed its effects. I apply it in the evening after washing my face with the same brand's gel, and by morning, redness and inflammation disappear. It doesn't dry out or irritate my skin at all. I initially bought it to deal with breakouts, and after just two uses, the results were barely noticeable. It will take more time to fully understand this product, but the way it works on inflammation is just wow.
I have problem-free skin, and this product worked well for me. I am already on my 3rd jar. If your skin is problematic, it may not be enough for you and you might need something more serious. But I like this product, it helps with breakouts, and my skin looks nice and even after using it. I always use it like this: cleanse my face, use this product, moisturize with a cream, and sometimes I also add a toner after cleansing. I didn't feel that it dried out my skin or had any other drawbacks, even though my skin is sensitive. I will probably order more.
The effect is amazing! It really dries out breakouts and eliminates post-acne marks, although it does sting a bit when applied. But the results are good, with less redness on the second day.
A great value for the price!
I really liked this serum. It doesn't sting, cause redness, or provoke breakouts. I have been using it for 2 months. I will definitely buy it again.
Great product. I have rosacea, and my dermatologist recommended it. I use it with the Biotrade facial cleanser with azelaic acid.
One of the few effective products in the mass market. The concentration is not for a wow effect, but for daily use and gradual treatment. When combined with other actives, it eliminates all breakouts within a week.
After using this product for 3 weeks, I am shocked by the results on my face. It really works! However, I must mention that the serum has an unpleasant scent, similar to saliva. It can also dry out the skin, but initially, it brought out all the impurities and caused some breakouts. Now, everything is clearing up, and my face looks very clean. I am willing to endure these minor inconveniences because it was worth it. The acne on my cheeks, which I used to struggle with, is now completely gone. The only thing left is some post-acne marks.
Not a bad serum, didn't notice a "wow" effect, but it didn't make things worse either. It works poorly for post-acne, but it does a good job of evening out the skin tone. The skin looks better.
I used the entire jar but didn't notice any significant results. Perhaps the concentration of azelaic acid was too low, and I didn't use it in combination with other actives. It didn't help my problem skin, but I appreciate that it didn't make it worse either.
This is a great product that I have been using for 2 years, with breaks for niacinamide, retinoids, and so on. I can say for sure that it has given me good visible results on my problem-prone combination skin - my skin tone has become more even, post-acne marks have faded, and pores have become less visible. I will definitely continue using it.
I have been using this product for two jars now and it hasn't been very effective in removing post-acne spots. There is some improvement, but not significant. It also didn't do much in reducing inflammation or clearing closed comedones. I have oily and combination skin, so I'm not sure if I would recommend it or not.
I didn't buy it here, but I still want to leave a review. After a week of use, my rashes, redness, and acne disappeared. I will definitely buy it again. I used it every morning and evening.
I bought this product for the second time after reading comments about redness and burning sensation. People say that it's normal and expected, especially in the beginning, as your skin is getting used to the new active component. In the beginning, it is recommended to apply it once a week and gradually increase the frequency over time.
I found it suitable for me as it effectively deals with skin unevenness, rashes, and even reduces signs of couperose on the face. It works exceptionally well when used together with a niacinamide toner.
This serum is good, pleasant, and does not cause allergies. However, after using it for two months, there is no "wow" effect. It does tend to slightly dry out the skin.
This product effectively deals with inflammations.
I really liked the serum. I have combination skin that is not prone to breakouts, so I decided to try it to get to know the brand and acids. From the first application, my skin felt very soft and pleasant to the touch. I could feel the exfoliating effect. I followed up by applying a cream with ceramides from the same brand, as my skin tends to dry out without a cream. Using it 2-4 times a week for 3 months, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any breakouts due to hormonal changes. My friend, who is a cosmetologist, even noticed that my pores have become very clean. Therefore, I recommend this product, especially for beginners. As for regular acid users, I cannot say for sure.
This serum does not work well for inflammations and post-acne issues. It tends to roll off the skin and, to be honest, it feels strange in general. It may cause redness, which is quite odd. My skin is familiar with acids, but this product is different. Overall, it's an ambiguous treatment, and I didn't understand this serum.
Top among budget azelaic acids.
This serum is not bad. It has a creamy consistency, and you can notice two stages in the skincare routine: the serum and the cream. It moisturizes the skin well and leaves it looking fresh. However, it doesn't work for post-acne, most likely due to the low percentage of azelaic acid.
I have been using this product for 3 months now, and I started noticing its effects after about a month. I am pleased with the evenness of my complexion and the absence of pimples. I have ordered another jar, and I appreciate the discount from the makeup brand.
I have bought this jar for the second time. I have sensitive skin and used to have painful cysts. My cosmetologist recommended using azelaic acid, specifically Acnestop. I used it for several months and my face really became clear. After using Acnestop, I decided to gradually switch to a product with a lower percentage of azelaic acid, and I bought this one. It has a slightly sticky texture, so after it dries (around 10-20 minutes), I apply moisturizer and everything is great.
Currently, I use this product when pimples appear and in the morning, they are almost gone. Many people now say that the percentage of acid in this product is not effective - it's 8%, and it should be at least 10%. Maybe for people with severe acne and oily skin, this is true, but azelaic acid is the safest and mildest among all acids. So, if you know your skin problem and type, why would you choose something that doesn't suit you? I don't understand such reviews. Besides having sensitive skin, I also have couperose. The acid tingles a bit after application, but my face doesn't turn red and it doesn't cause any trouble. So, I would recommend it to people with normal or sensitive skin to try it out.
Not bad, but I didn't see the desired result. It feels okay on the skin and could also be suitable for getting acquainted with the active ingredient. In my opinion, it's better to pay a little more and get the 10% serum from Cos De BAHA. It's preferable to use it in the evening and not forget about SPF in the morning.
There is a feeling of a film on the face from the serum. We were tempted by the price, but I won't be repurchasing.
I didn't get any results, my skin is oily and prone to breakouts! I used it for two months, but there was no improvement, in fact, I got even more pimples! Then I started using Skinoren, and the positive effect was noticeable the very next day, and within a week, my skin became really nice! Maybe this information will be helpful for someone.
I have oily and slightly problematic skin. This serum is fantastic and it greatly helps with inflammation. It also prevents new inflammations from appearing, although it doesn't combat oily threads (for that, I used salicylic acid). It doesn't quite even out my complexion (for that, vitamin C was more helpful), but it does effectively combat closed comedones.
I really liked the serum. In the evening, I use two pumps and it's enough for my entire face and neck. I can actually see a visual effect from using it. Thankfully, my skin is undergoing acne treatment and it suits my sensitive skin.
I bought it two weeks ago and I already like the small result, my skin tone has evened out. I have rosacea, which makes my skin quite sensitive and prone to dryness. When applying the product, I didn't experience any stinging or redness as some people had mentioned. It suits me well and I'm curious to see the further results. I might buy it again in the future.
For me, this is the worst serum. Before using it, my face was almost clear, with only occasional breakouts. But after using it, my face was covered in large inflamed pimples that took a long time to go away. I endured the so-called "purging period" and waited for a miracle, but it never happened. As a result, I bought a serum from another brand with azelaic acid and within three days, all the inflammation subsided and I no longer have breakouts. On top of that, the Q+A serum also rolls off my face horribly.
Great serum, it worked well for me. At first, I had a skin reaction with a few breakouts, but after a couple of weeks of use, I can see great results. It reduces inflammation and evens out the texture and tone of my skin. I use it every evening and follow up with La Roche-Posay Cicaplast cream.
After using this serum for about 2 weeks, I can confidently say that it is an amazing product! My complexion has become more even, my skin has brightened, and my pores are not as enlarged. And all of this happened in such a short period of time. I highly recommend using it.
This serum is really great. I have a lot of closed comedones, and my dermatologist recommended using it every morning.
I have been dealing with post-acne and decided to try this product, and I am pleased with the results. It has helped even out my skin tone and reduce pigmentation. I noticed the effects after using it for about two to three weeks. I applied it before bed, followed by a ceramide cream from the same brand, and during the day, I made sure to use SPF.
I have been using this product for the second week now, and I have already noticed significant results. The serum has helped even out my facial complexion and has also been effective in treating breakouts. I didn't expect such obvious effects. My skin is combination, and even in the summer weather, it reacts well to the serum.
I really liked the serum, the number of breakouts has significantly reduced!
The serum is not bad, it fights breakouts, prevents new ones, and helps even out the skin tone. However, it doesn't work against blackheads, doesn't help with oily threads, and I didn't notice any pore tightening effects either.
I bought this serum somewhere else, but I want to leave a review here. The serum is great, I've been using it for about six months and it works. The results are particularly visible on acne, as they quickly lighten and also reduce redness. It also helps with new individual breakouts. However, like any azelaic acid product, it can cause a slight burning sensation and disrupt the skin barrier, so it needs to be paired with a good soothing cream and SPF. On the downside, after applying the serum, the cream and SPF tend to slide off the skin, making it difficult to apply makeup.
It works amazingly well, it's simply the best for its price. Previously, I used a different brand. However, it made my face unbelievably red and irritated. But now, I cover it with a centella cream and everything goes away.
I have been using it for over half a year now. I really like it as it visibly brightens the skin and reduces pigmentation spots. It works great on breakouts too. However, on very dry areas of the skin (especially during strong winds recently), the dryness effect doubles, so it's important to be cautious. Using a sunscreen is a must.
Not a bad serum. It tingles a bit but that's normal and quickly subsides. When used alongside other skincare creams, it effectively combats breakouts. It worked well for my sensitive skin.
This product worked perfectly for my oily skin. It doesn't leave any stickiness or greasy shine after using it, just pure satisfaction.
This is an excellent serum that effectively treats acne and evens out the skin tone. It doesn't cause any redness or irritation, and I use it 3-4 times a week.
I have been using this product for almost 2 months. During the first 10 minutes of application, I experienced consistent and significant redness. However, by the morning, my face has a nice and even complexion.
I really like this serum! It does a great job of reducing irritation and dryness!
I really liked it. It effectively combats inflammation and removes stains left by them, without drying out the skin.
I have been using this product for over three months, but unfortunately, I haven't noticed any results on my skin. On the positive side, it has a pleasant texture, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave any unpleasant sensations.
The peeling is simply amazing! It is exactly what I was looking for. I use it every other day, and the promised effect is noticeable within 10-14 days. My skin tone has become more even, and the inflammatory elements have disappeared. It is definitely worth the money!
Not aggressive. Effectively combats acne and inflammation without drying out the skin.
This serum is amazing! The consistency is out of this world. However, the packaging leaks, and it runs out very quickly.
This is a great product that effectively eliminates acne and post-acne marks.
This product is very effective, and the results are superb.
Everything is really great.
The serum worked well. The main thing is to use it as directed. And everything will be fine. Thank you MAKEUP for the excellent service.
I haven't been using it for long, but after the first use, there was a slight tingling sensation, but then everything was fine. My face becomes incredibly smooth, it helps to dry out breakouts, and it seems like my rosacea is less pronounced. So far, I'm enjoying it.
