Great product. I have rosacea, and my dermatologist recommended it. I use it with the Biotrade facial cleanser with azelaic acid.

One of the few effective products in the mass market. The concentration is not for a wow effect, but for daily use and gradual treatment. When combined with other actives, it eliminates all breakouts within a week.

After using this product for 3 weeks, I am shocked by the results on my face. It really works! However, I must mention that the serum has an unpleasant scent, similar to saliva. It can also dry out the skin, but initially, it brought out all the impurities and caused some breakouts. Now, everything is clearing up, and my face looks very clean. I am willing to endure these minor inconveniences because it was worth it. The acne on my cheeks, which I used to struggle with, is now completely gone. The only thing left is some post-acne marks.

It also prevents new inflammations from appearing, although it doesn't combat oily threads (for that, I used salicylic acid).
