I agree with the reviews that say this is a great mascara base. In my case, it gives me the effect of fuller and longer lashes than usual. However, there might be something with the mascara itself because when I use this serum, it tends to flake a bit by the end of the day. Without it, the mascara lasts longer. It's not a cheap mascara, it's a new product from L'Oréal. They just didn't work well together.

I bought this product based on a recommendation, and so far I can't say that it actually restores lashes. However, the mascara itself is amazing. It makes my lashes longer and prevents them from clumping together. It also comes off easily with micellar water.
