I'm giving it 3 stars. The hair loss has indeed stopped, but! It has a horrible smell and both my husband and I experience a slight itchiness. It feels like there's a film covering our scalp. By the way, it dries out my hair and my husband developed dandruff. I made the mistake of buying a 1000 ml bottle six months ago, and it has just run out. It was unbearable to use. However, I have to give it credit because it really did almost completely stop the hair from falling out! But I won't be buying it again.
It didn't work for me or my husband. We occasionally experienced itching, and it felt like there was a buildup on the scalp; my husband also developed dandruff. The only thing I can say is that our hair really stopped falling out! That's true. But finally finishing this huge 1000 ml bottle, we won't buy it again. The smell also lingers in our noses now)))
I liked the scent, it smells like some kind of lemon. However, when I started using the shampoo, I noticed a slight dandruff problem. Unfortunately, the shampoo made the situation worse and dried out my scalp. Additionally, it has a huge consumption rate. I will not buy it again.

A comprehensive approach is needed, including the use of products that do not wash off the scalp after application.
