Eyebrow Henna

Incorrect application description. It doesn't react or work with water, no matter how many different ways I've tried. It only reacts and colors when used with an oxidizer. I'm not sure if it's henna, and it's white in color... But it only works when used together with an oxidizer.

This product is completely useless. It does not dye, even if you leave it on for more than 20 minutes. The only positive thing is that it does not cause allergies.
