My favorite eyeliner! I've ordered it for the third time. The lines turn out thin, even, and neat. Compared to regular eyeliner, this one applies much faster and lasts me for six months of regular use. Personally, it has never smudged on me (even in the summer heat), I'm surprised that some people have had a different experience with it (maybe it's because I don't have droopy eyelids? I don't know..). It's easy to remove. I highly recommend it!
