I am very satisfied with this balm. I used to buy a different one, but it was out of stock for a long time. I decided to try this one, and I don't regret it. It combs my hair nicely, feels pleasant to touch, and has a nice scent.

I liked the balm, it made my hair soft and easy to comb. I deducted a star because of the intrusive and overly sweet scent, which I find unpleasant.

I really liked it, although I have used much more expensive balms before.

However, I have a strong request. Unfortunately, not for the first time, I am faced with the fact that notes regarding delivery time and date are completely ignored. A special 'hello' to the couriers. The way they communicate with customers completely nullifies the pleasant bonus of free delivery. They get upset that I can't accept the delivery when they call, justifying it by saying that they are in my area now, but won't be there at 4:00 pm. Please, either specify in advance the fact that couriers are only in specific locations at certain times, or explain to them that their working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.
