It is also extremely difficult to remove (I have to rub my eyes for a long time and it still leaves residue, so I have to use a makeup remover on my third attempt). I have come to the conclusion that I should have stuck with Maybelline Sky mascara, as it worked better for me without any issues. However, I have no complaints about the Makeup service itself.
