The oil is good; it provides excellent moisturization and has a pleasant scent. The only issue I had was with the delivery - the jar was open, and the lid was just lying next to it in the box. As a result, the product on top had hardened like wax. Fortunately, it was clear that it hadn't been used, so I removed the hardened layer and started using it. If the package hadn't been urgent or paid for, I would have sent it back.
