The only downside for me is the scent, which reminds me of "Toilet Duck", but this is subjective as others may like it. Additionally, there is a slight sense of mistrust due to the country of origin.

But if you have thick and heavy hair, then feel free to use the essence on the entire length.

Cons - After applying and fully drying, my curly hair becomes frizzy, although it's fine the next day as if it never frizzed. My friend has the same hair type as me, but lighter in color and thinner, and it works fine for her.
So, if this is not critical for you, go for it, you won't regret it! The quality is superb!
