They tend to get dusty when you pick them up with a brush, but it's not a big issue for me. I use a dry brush to fill in my eyebrows with the light color and then define the tip and shape using the dark shade with a wet brush. The brush that comes with the set is good, soft, and convenient for picking up the eyeshadows and blending the edges. I think it could replace my regular brush when I'm traveling, but I always prefer using my own. The only thing that I don't really understand is the wax. I don't use it and I don't even remove the protective film. The eyeshadows stay on all day without smudging, and they can withstand a light rain, but I doubt they would survive water activities. As for the color, I have shade 01. It's a brown shade without any reddish undertones and not too gray, so I believe it would suit everyone.
