The usage is very economical, which is important to me because I have oily scalp and need to wash my hair every other day. I usually apply the conditioner for about 5-10 minutes while combing my hair with a special wet hair comb that already has the product on it. Then I leave it on my hair and rinse it off. My hair smells great and feels soft and silky. I have not used it with shampoo from another brand.

I have been using the Chi brand for over 2 years. I use the red moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and mask. I am very satisfied with these products. However, when my conditioner ran out, I decided to try this one and unfortunately, it turned out to be completely useless for me.

Good conditioner, I found it as a replacement for Davines because the prices for it are sky-high now. My hair is colored but not bleached, and it worked well for me, although it might be weak for severely damaged hair. The scent is pleasant. For those who have used this oil, if combined together, your hair will be amazing, but the credit will mostly go to the oil.

This product is useless. I understand that it is a conditioner, not a mask, but I will never buy it again. However, I absolutely adore the oil from this series. It is the most delicate love I have ever experienced.

Mmmmm, the smell is simply amazing, but I didn't notice any special moisturizing effects. My hair is naturally medium-thick, with dry ends and oily roots. The conditioner slightly smooths them out, but also weighs them down. However, it doesn't provide the smoothness and silkiness I expected. You can find better options at this price point. Nevertheless, the scent is mmmmm like an expensive perfume, unlike any of the many perfumes I know.

The natural, uncolored, thin, and dry hair is slightly softened by the conditioner. However, during rinsing, they do not feel nourished, flowing, or slippery, nor do they become silkier after drying. The process of combing remains as difficult as usual. This product is mediocre. In one of the reviews, I read that the conditioner with argan oil is better. I have tried the one with argan oil, and indeed, it is better. I do not recommend this one. Despite being more expensive than its argan counterpart, it does not surpass it in terms of quality impact.
