And that's where the pros of this shampoo end for me...

As for the downsides: the shampoo doesn't make my hair obedient or shiny - it simply dries them out excessively. After washing my hair once or twice, they become horribly tangled and stiff - it feels like I have a bird's nest on my head... The shampoo strips the hair excessively. Even after using a conditioner, it doesn't feel as harsh as this shampoo. After using this shampoo, it's impossible to even reach the scalp with your fingers without any help from a mask. Not to mention trying to comb them with a brush - you might just end up without any hair...

I also didn't notice any hair thickening. And how can a shampoo give thickness to your hair??? As for the shine of the hair, after using this shampoo, there's nothing to talk about... Buying it again doesn't make sense to me.

PS: My daughter also used this shampoo for a long time. Her hair is uncolored and long - her hair doesn't shine after using it, and the ends have become even drier...
