For me, this shampoo is perfect. It lathers excellently, cleanses and moisturizes. I would definitely buy it again.
I really like this shampoo. It leaves my hair very soft, shiny, and beautifully styled. However, I noticed that after the second use, my scalp started to get oily faster. I decided to read some reviews and came across a recommendation to try scalp exfoliation, claiming that this shampoo should be combined with that procedure.

I have thin colored hair, so I can't really say there was any wow effect. As mentioned in a previous review, it is true that the hair gets greasy quickly, even the next day. I bought the shampoo and conditioner in a 100ml size just to try it out, but I definitely won't be repurchasing.
The shampoo worked well for me! It thoroughly cleanses both hair and scalp, while being gentle. It doesn't dry out the hair or irritate the scalp. After using the shampoo, my hair feels soft and is easy to comb through.

The shampoo works quite well. It fills and restores the hair's structure, making it manageable and smooth. However, I have to wash my oily-prone hair twice to thoroughly clean it. Other than that, the results are there.
Girls, this shampoo and conditioner are designed for moisturizing. Therefore, it may make your scalp oily, even if it's not prone to that. I recommend in this case to try the BALANCE series. That's what I did, and I'm very happy with it, especially after keratin straightening.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about this shampoo. When I ordered a sample, it seemed perfect to me. However, when I ordered the full-sized bottle, something strange started happening. It began drying out my hair, even though the smell and consistency remained the same. It is unclear and very odd. Maybe my hair quickly got used to the shampoo, but in any case, I won't be buying it again.
This shampoo is simply amazing, I wouldn't trade it for anything else! However, when I bought it from someone privately, I ended up with a counterfeit product. Can you please advise me on how I can verify that your product is genuine?
I understand that writing a review about shampoo is similar to writing reviews about perfume - it's all subjective. But! This shampoo is amazing. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, adequately moisturized, and alive. Overall, it's everything I like. I use it with a conditioner from a different brand (can't do without it).
I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for three years now. A liter bottle lasts me for 8-9 months. I occasionally get keratin straightening treatments and have become attached to this shampoo. A couple of times I washed my hair with regular shampoo and it became tangled and felt like straw. If my hair is still dirty after using this shampoo, there are two possibilities: 1) I applied too much shampoo (you need 2/3 less than usual); 2) I didn't rinse my hair well enough.
I also purchased this shampoo after getting a keratin treatment from the same manufacturer. The scent is lovely and it lathers well, but my hair looks dirty already the next day (I initially thought it was because of the keratin, but even after a few weeks, the situation remained the same... I gave it to a friend, and she had the same experience). In conclusion, either we are not knowledgeable about "preparing cats" :) or the shampoo truly does not justify its price.
I didn't immediately write a review after using it several times! I waited 2 months to be objective in my evaluation! First, I did the Global Keratin 2% straightening treatment, and immediately after 48 hours, I tried this shampoo! I don't know why Elena didn't like it (maybe she doesn't like kittens, or maybe she just doesn't know how to cook them :), I guess it's just this case), but the shampoo is excellent (especially in combination with the 100% straightening treatment)! Before this, I used the hyped, in my opinion, CHI Infra (wasted money), but this product really works! The scent is gentle, not overpowering, it foams well for a sulfate-free shampoo, it thickens the hair, and most importantly, it doesn't make them greasy (I wash my hair 2 times a week, sometimes 3), it smooths them, gives them shine, and makes them manageable when styling! I don't regret it, and I think you will also appreciate the Global Keratin products! :)
The scent is neutral, although the scents of this series are rich and pleasant. This shampoo, however, lacks that characteristic scent. Its texture is very liquid and it doesn't lather well. When compared to REVLON PROFESSIONAL HYDRA RESCUE SHAMPOO, it falls short... I am disappointed, I expected better. Delivery and service quality are excellent!
