This cream is really good; I was looking for a replacement for Sanosan diaper rash cream, and I'm very pleased with the results from the first application. It doesn't have any overpowering smell, just a faint scent when you inhale from the tube. The color is slightly yellowish, but when it comes into contact with the skin, it just looks like a moist area. It quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving any stickiness (tested on cracked elbows). The only significant downside, in my opinion, is the packaging, as it doesn't have a protective film to indicate if the tube has been opened before.

My child had severe burns, but after 4 days, there was no trace left. This cream is perfect.
