Hair narrowing, it didn't suit me :(

I have shampoo, conditioner, and oil from this line. My hair really looks amazing and moisturized, but only on the first day. On the second day, my hair gets greasy, as if it hasn't been washed for a week. I have blonde hair that needs moisture and restoration. In conclusion, I will not be buying more of these products.

This is amazing! It doesn't weigh down, but it moisturizes and nourishes perfectly. And afterwards, the hair smells incredibly pleasant.

The conditioner is amazing, it leaves my hair so smooth that I don't even need to straighten it with a flat iron. I used to use Matrix before, but this one is much more effective. If you have frizzy hair, this conditioner and shampoo combo is perfect for you. The only downside is the inconvenient packaging.

I really liked it. I used to use Kerastase, but since it belongs to the Nestle group, I decided it was unethical and needed to change something. I have only bought the conditioner from this line so far, and I am very satisfied. My hair has become thicker and more voluminous, it has stopped getting frizzy, the ends are less split, and my hair looks shiny and healthy. I will definitely buy the shampoo as well. And the price is very pleasant compared to Kerastase. It doesn't have a dispenser, but that's alright. The jar is designed to last long, and the conditioner is thick enough that the dispenser would probably break halfway through the jar, making it even more inconvenient. So, it's fine. I have blonde hair, and if I don't take care of it, it becomes frizzy like a dandelion. So, it does its job well.

For damaged highlighted hair, this product is a lifesaver. It should be used according to the instructions, once every 4 washes, and everything will be fine, meaning you should alternate it with other products. I really like it.

I have tried the shampoo and conditioner, and if you have dry blonde hair, I strongly advise against it. Everything will become much worse.

I had high hopes for this product. However, after using it, my hair ended up dirtier than it was before washing.

This balm is absolutely useless. Either my hair is already fine without it, or it simply has no effect. My hair remains dry, brittle, and tangled, just as it was before using it. I keep it on my hair for several minutes, hoping it will absorb. However, it's completely ineffective.
I have dark, slightly wavy, dyed hair with dry ends and a bit of greasiness at the roots.
Overall, it's a waste of money.

The natural brown shade did not suit me ((( After drying my hair, I felt the need to wash my head again. It's such a disappointment after spending money on it.

The luxurious conditioner and shampoo from this series were a perfect match after transitioning from black to blonde hair! They have been my salvation!

I have been using the Keratin line (shampoo and conditioner) for several years now. Before that, I tried other lines such as Argan Oil (which initially worked well, but after a few months, I realized it was drying out my hair) and Infra (which dried out my scalp, causing severe flaking, especially on my temples).

I only use the conditioner on the length of my hair, not on the roots. If I use a hair mask, I apply the conditioner afterwards (so the haircare routine goes in the order of shampoo-mask-conditioner).

The silk from this line did not work well for me; it dried out my hair. However, I really liked the leave-in conditioner, although I used it a long time ago and not in conjunction with this line.

My hair is of medium thickness, thick, slightly curly at the roots, partially bleached and fully dyed. My scalp tends to be oily, but I wash my hair every two to three days.

The conditioner is not bad, at first the results were really noticeable. I love it when my hair feels nourished and heavy. So, for those who are afraid of greasy hair, it may not be suitable. The scent is amazing. It's a pity that the effect didn't last long, no matter how I tried to alternate, use less or more, unfortunately, it's not the same effect anymore.

I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but I decided to read some reviews about this conditioner and I'm surprised that it works for some people. This confirms once again that everyone is different and you can't rely solely on reviews. It absolutely didn't work for me, in fact, it even worsened the quality of my hair. My hair reaches my waist, it's dyed blonde, and it's thin. After using this conditioner, my hair became lifeless, as if unwashed. I couldn't even comb it, there is absolutely no shine, and it feels dirty. I rinsed it for a long time and thoroughly, but decided to give this conditioner another chance and got the same result. Definitely going in the trash.

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner. I am a blonde with dry and brittle hair. I really liked both the shampoo and this conditioner. It needs to be left on the hair for not too long, as stated in the description, a maximum of 5 minutes. Because if left longer, it weighs down the hair. And the scent is incredible, like perfume. I really liked it.

For me, this product is the best! It effectively thickens porous, thin, and colored hair. Although this is the only CHI product I have tried so far, it has worked exceptionally well.

I tried the restorative mask for 60 UAH and even then, the effect was more noticeable. I took a sample, but I didn't notice any significant results after the first use or even after three uses. The hairdresser also washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner from this series in the salon - my hair started to get greasy quickly and there was no smoothing effect at all.

My friend spoke very positively about this conditioner, which she bought in the USA. I decided to try it out a few times at her place, following her recommendation, to see if it would work well for me too. The results were surprising - my hair felt soft and styled nicely. After some time, I decided to order it for myself. However, I was extremely disappointed when I used the conditioner purchased from this website. My hair became dry, tangled, and lacked any shine, completely opposite to what I expected. I do not recommend it.

The conditioner is very drying for the hair. The shampoo from this series is better, but for the price, I expected a better effect, so I don't think it's worth buying either the conditioner or the shampoo. I placed an order in this store and I am very grateful to the staff for their pleasant work with customers)))

I wasn't very impressed with this conditioner. It didn't leave my hair easy to comb through. Although, after using my regular shampoo, everything was perfect since I recently had a hair treatment. I honestly expected more from CHI. I will give it another try, maybe I will like it after all.

I have dry, curly hair. This conditioner is simply a lifesaver! After using it, my hair doesn't frizz or stick out in different directions. It becomes soft, silky, and not greasy.

Great conditioner. It helped me a lot. My hair (long, natural, with dry ends) became thicker, much shinier, and smoother. It's a fact that I can't create a voluminous hairstyle afterwards.

I am generally satisfied with the conditioner. I use it together with chi silk infusion. I can't say for sure which of the products makes my hair soft and silky.
