I have been using this toothpaste for 5 years without interruption! Mostly in the morning. In the evening, I use a different one. Before this, I had tooth sensitivity, but now it has completely disappeared (I don't remember exactly, but I think it took a couple of months). My heavily yellowish teeth have undeniably become whiter with it, more so than with any other whitening toothpaste. It's not Hollywood white, but I don't have that even with professional whitening (I recently did it). So, this toothpaste is very, very good. It's one of the few products that I constantly buy.
