This gel is good, but one 400ml jar is not enough for a visible and noticeable result. I applied it in the morning and evening for the first two weeks, as recommended in the instructions. I must say that the large volume was used up very quickly. However, I will get a second jar. It cools nicely for the first 20 minutes, and then there is a warming effect. Nevertheless, it is important to understand that a comprehensive approach is needed, including sports and massage, for this gel to work.

It feels as if you have been doused with icy water and blown by cold fans! Then it starts to warm up. The effects last for about 15-20 minutes. Personally, the cold sensation gives me goosebumps. The effect is definitely there, with the skin becoming firmer and more toned.
I do not agree with the previous comment: the gel warms and cools even after a regular shower, without warming up the skin. The consumption is small. The skin becomes soft and velvety after using it. I use it independently after a shower, after the Collistar Talasso-Scrub Anti-Acqua scrub, and after a massage. It warms for about 15-30 minutes, depending on the situation.
The texture is great, the skin feels velvety after using the cream. But the cream should only be applied to warmed skin. Dry brushing, scrubs, using a firm loofah, jar massage - anything, and only then apply this cream. That's when you can feel the bone-chilling cold and experience the effect. I tried applying it a couple of times just after a shower and felt nothing. Without the massage - it's not worth buying this product.
