Keratin hair straightening is a new trendy procedure that not all Ukrainian beauties are yet familiar with. However, it has been popular in the West for about 8-10 years. The effects of the procedure can be seen in the hair of celebrities - their locks shine incredibly, sparkling with health and vitality.
This keratin treatment straightens even natural curls, enriches the hair with beneficial components, and fully restores damaged curls. It turns out, to achieve such beauty, you don't necessarily need to visit a salon. The American brand Global Keratin has developed a special treatment for hair straightening and care called The Best, which can be used at home.
This unique product, thanks to its keratin complex, enriches the hair with vitamins and protects it from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays. The effect lasts about five months. As promised by the manufacturers, curls will transform beyond recognition: becoming soft, silky, glossy, and well-cared-for.

Wash your hair twice with GKhair pH+ Clarifying Shampoo. Towel dry your hair. Comb through with a GKhair vent brush and divide your hair into three sections. Apply "The Best" treatment using an application brush to 2 cm sections of hair. Comb through thoroughly to ensure the hair is fully saturated. Leave the treatment on for 15-60 minutes (15 minutes for fine, wavy hair and up to 60 minutes for thick, coarse, curly hair). Rinse your hair with warm water until the water runs clear. For heavily processed or red hair, wash with GKhair Moisturizing Shampoo. Blow-dry your hair at high heat using a GKhair thermal round brush until completely dry and styled. Divide the hair and straighten it with a GKhair titanium flat iron at 450°F/230°C. For heavily processed hair, straighten at 400°F/200°C, bending the ends of the hair.

This product is not suitable for those with dyed blonde hair at levels 9-10. It neutralizes cool tones, but leaves the hair with an orange-red-yellow tint. According to the instructions, you should rinse off the product and immediately style your hair, but in practice, you actually need to wash it out with shampoo. The product is quite heavy for porous and thin hair, even if you leave it on for the recommended 15 minutes. There is no lightweight, powdery feeling afterwards. I made a mistake ordering this product; it would be better to use a specialized keratin for blondes like Gk hair in the purple bottle.
I bought the 300ml size and did the procedure myself. Everything was very easy and simple. My hair is shiny. Everyone compliments me, even men say, "You have such beautiful hair, I want to touch it." Although I am a light blonde and half of my hair was burned before this, the product is really worth it. It washes out in 1-1.5 months if you wash your hair every other day, but I bought a shampoo for blondes and samples of moisturizing shampoos, masks, and silk (the samples are very economical, the shampoo foams very well, and the sample of the mask probably lasts for about 5 uses - my hair is below my shoulder blades and thick). They are from GlobalKeratin. It has been 3 months now and everything is wonderful. So it's more economical to buy a special shampoo for 700 UAH than to buy the straightening product three times more often for 4,000 UAH. When I come to Ukraine, I will definitely order the entire line in full sizes immediately.
