Jean Paul Gaultier Classique Eau de Toilette

I have tried many times to buy something else, but I always come back to this fragrance. If you buy the original, the scent unfolds with a luxurious trail. It is moderately sweet, multifaceted, and attention-grabbing.

This fragrance is incredibly heavy and thick. It feels like you've been placed in a pot of honey, covered with orchid nectar, and sealed shut. It sticks to you everywhere and it's impossible to get rid of. It chokes you, even when you're outside; it lingers and stays close; it's very loud. I had DKNY Nectar Love, a cute little bottle with a bee on the cap. I bought it as soon as it came out because I loved it in the store. I thought it would be a delicious summer scent, but I couldn't bear to wear it - I was so happy when I sold it. I thought I wouldn't find anything worse. And then I found this, or rather, it was gifted to me. This is not perfume, it's a curse. Honey, orchid, cinnamon, orange blossom, and a bunch of other sickly sweet and synthetic notes that give me a headache.

They are not fresh at all. First, there is a bouquet of flowers, then honey, but the flowers are not fresh, they have already been standing, like dried flowers and something medicinal, it gives away star anise, sweet, a distant retro feel, the dream of retired school principals.

I received these perfumes as a gift from abroad, and they are original. I didn't buy them here. However, I still want to leave a photo of the empty bottle. I also want to add that these perfumes have a very spicy scent with a fresh undertone.

I have been familiar with this perfume since the 90s, and I still buy it often, although it usually happens when I am abroad. The most important thing is that, while it may be considered retro by some, men from all eras are captivated by this scent. Many people ask me, "What perfume is that?!" It is a very cool fragrance.

Secondly, the fragrance is exquisite. It truly resembles Poeme, although on me, Poeme reveals itself more with forest lilies and lilacs, while Classic has sweet pear notes. Thank you!

By the way, you wouldn't think so, but I agree with the previous review - it's retro. I'm shocked. I started with Classic Intense and actually liked it. But over time, it became so sweet that it was unbearable. Okay, I tried Classic X-Collection - not bad, but somehow unclear. So I thought, why beat around the bush, I should try Classic - especially since many reviews say that Intense is similar to it, just not as strong. Well, it's nothing like it. Yes, it's sweet, yes, it's floral. But it's also like my grandma's dressing table (at least that's what my skin chemistry tells me). I don't mind remembering my grandma, but not when I'm sniffing my perfume. It's like closing my eyes and seeing her old-fashioned Soviet dressing table with little jars and cute bottles. I didn't expect such a disappointment.

I didn't like them at all. I bought them based on the reviews and once again I was disappointed. The scent is very old-fashioned, sharp, and intrusive. You can use the bottle as a figurine on your table. It helps to calm me down.

I can't even imagine how magical Jean Paul's grandmother must have been if this incredible fragrance was created in her honor!!!! It's pure magic and attraction... No words... I have been using this scent for 20 years already and I will never stop. I always have it and as soon as it runs out, I buy more immediately. The bath line is always there too. The cream, by the way, effectively moisturizes the skin and acts as an additional decoration for the evening, as it contains a fine pink shimmer. I assure you, if you become friends with this fragrance and understand its beauty, all men will be at your feet! 100% proven)))
