Scented Candle 'Tuileries' Cire Trudon

In celebration of its 380th anniversary, Trudon delves into history with the release of the new Tuileries collection: a new fragrance available in four variations of candles and a diffuser, alluding to France's heritage and the countless stories it holds.
The inspiration for the Tuileries collection comes from a rare document housed in the National Archives of France: the Gazette des Atours de la Reine. In what might seem like an ordinary notebook, Countess Geneviève d’Ossun—a French courtier who served as a lady-in-waiting and first lady-in-waiting to Marie Antoinette—gathered numerous fabric samples used to create the queen's many dresses and royal outfits.
The fragrance was conceived as a tribute to the rose, the queen's favorite flower throughout her life.
