The Venetian perfume house Gritti has launched a new fragrance, Fenice, dedicated to the Italian opera house La Fenice. According to the brand, La Fenice is the largest and most renowned opera house in Venice (built in 1792) and also one of the largest buildings in the world.

Gritti Fenice is designed to capture the theater's atmosphere, beauty, and eccentricity: the velvet curtains concealing the stage, the dressing rooms of famous opera singers preparing to perform, the scent of powder, and the elegance and luxury of evening gowns.
