For the best results, start applying the mascara from the roots of your lashes. Wiggle the brush and sweep it upward along your lashes. Allow the mascara to dry. Apply a second or third coat for added volume.

To define your eyes, use the pencil as an eyeliner. Begin at the inner corner of your upper eyelid and follow your natural lash line. For a more intense look, apply the pencil inside your lower lash line to accentuate the geometry and color of your iris. For a dramatic effect, also apply it to the inner part of your upper eyelid to enhance the impact of your mascara.
