Simply add a few drops of the oil onto a tissue to release its wonderful aroma.
You can make your own massage oil by mixing 7 to 25 drops of the essential oil with 50 ml of a carrier oil.
For aromatherapy, add 2 to 8 drops of the natural oil blend to an aroma lamp or diffuser, adjusting the amount based on the intensity of the scent and the size of the room.
