1. Using Shaving Soap: Wet your face beforehand (ideally after a shower), quickly run the brush under warm water, and lather the soap inside a bowl (without pressing the bristles) until you get a thick, creamy foam. Apply it to your face in circular motions for one to two minutes—this time allows the beard hairs to soften and straighten sufficiently.
2. Using Shaving Cream: Prepare your face and wet the brush with warm water, then apply a small amount of cream onto the brush and lather your face for one to two minutes, as described above. Some users prefer to apply a small amount of cream directly onto each cheek using the tube, then emulsify it with the brush.
Maintenance
To maintain the quality of the brush for many years, we recommend thoroughly rinsing it after each use to remove all traces of cream or soap and draining the water. Then, gently pat it dry with a towel before placing it upside down on a suitable stand.
