A bath can be more than just a means of hygiene; it can also be a source of renewal and relaxation. And when Bosqie Rose Garden Bath Salt is added to the water, a regular ritual turns into a therapeutic therapy. Epsom salt – one of the key components of this product, is renowned for its relaxing properties. It contains magnesium, which helps relieve muscle tension and promotes deep relaxation. Additionally, Epsom salt aids in the elimination of toxins from the body, improves blood circulation, making the skin soft and healthy.

Foot or Hand Bath: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt in 5-7 liters of water. Recommended water temperature: 50°C. While soaking, you can perform a massage to smooth the skin and prepare your hands or feet for further manicure/pedicure procedures. The bath provides antiseptic and soothing effects, significantly improves the appearance of rough skin, reduces swelling, skin changes, and has antibacterial properties that assist in treating skin conditions.
Full Body Bath: Dissolve a few tablespoons of salt in a bathtub with water at a temperature of 37-40°C. Stay in the bath for about 20 minutes. Salt baths are recommended 2-3 times a week.
Baby Bath: Use 1 teaspoon of salt for a 10-minute bath. Before bathing, stimulate blood circulation with a pre-bath exfoliation in the shower. We recommend using BOSQIE clay or commercially available scrubs. This treatment removes dead skin cells and enhances the effect of the minerals in the salt.
Salt Compress: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in a glass of warm water, soak a cotton compress in the solution, and apply it to the desired area. To enhance the effect, wrap the compress with a warm towel or plastic wrap. Leave the compress on for 1-2 hours. A cold compress can also be used for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, reducing swelling and tissue irritation.
Exfoliation: Mix salt with your favorite Bosqie natural oil. Gently massage your body in circular motions to exfoliate, then rinse with warm water.
Rubdown: Recommended for illnesses with high fever, including in children. Wipe the entire body with a high-concentration salt solution.
Acne: The ingredients in the salt penetrate deeply into the skin, nourishing and regenerating cells. They prevent the growth of pus-forming bacteria and normalize the production of skin oil. Use solutions to cleanse areas with skin issues. They are effective for daily care of oily skin (acne, eczema, combination skin). Visible results appear in 2-3 weeks. An optimal solution is 1-2% salt diluted with warm mineral water. Moisten a cotton pad with the solution and wipe the skin of the face, forehead, and back.
