3. Begin the procedure with vertical movements, then horizontal, and finally diagonal movements. Repeat the motions several times in each area. Apply even, moderate pressure to the skin. The entire procedure should take about 15-20 minutes.
4. After the procedure, place the device back on the paper towel.
