Remove the protective foil. Ensure there are no foil remnants around the edges of the jar.
Do not add water to the wax, as this will make it ineffective.
For best results, hair should be at least 5 mm long.
Heat the wax only in a microwave or using a double boiler. When reheating the same product, use the same method. Recommended heating times: full jar - 60 seconds, half jar - 40 seconds.
Skin should be clean, dry, and free from irritation, cream, or oil.
Stir the wax with the spatula (using the end with the blue square) for 1 minute, moving from the center of the jar to the edges.
If, after one minute, the spatula shows the word "NO" instead of the blue square, the wax is overheated. Allow it to cool. Stir the wax gently and check the temperature again. If the "NO" disappears and the blue square reappears, the wax is ready to use.
