Daytime: We do not recommend using the Prep & Reset dual-sided exfoliating facial pads with lactic acid during the day.

Evening: Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Use the smooth side of the pad on your face and neck in circular motions to prepare the skin for serum and moisturizer application. Use the textured side of the pad for more intensive exfoliation. Wait 10-15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Follow with your favorite Cosmedix serum and moisturizer. Recommended use is 3 times a week in the evening. Pro tip: Use as a treatment every 2-3 days, depending on your skin's tolerance.
