I have been using this product for quite a long time! It was given to me with the understanding that "it doesn't work for me, but you can try it," without any explanation of how or why to use it. It sat on the shelf for a couple of months, but one day, when my balm ran out, I applied it to the ends of my hair. I rinsed it off and styled it as usual with a hairdryer.
