I tried out a micellar water, but unfortunately, it doesn't remove my mascara even when I try to gently wipe my eyes (when the mascara smudges the skin). And if I were to completely remove my makeup, I don't think it would be effective. Therefore, I don't recommend it at all, I will only use it to clean up eyebrow dye during coloring at most.
