Use once a day after brushing your teeth or at any other time of the day. In some cases, more frequent use may be necessary as directed by your dentist. Open the cap, turn it over, and fill it up to the marked line (exact dosage 10 ml). Rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out the solution. Do not swallow. Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after use. After use, close the bottle and store it in a dark place.
