I am buying my second pencil of a different color from this series. It applies smoothly and stays in place. The first pencil does become slightly drier over time, but it doesn't hinder making normal lines. I am satisfied with the purchase.
The pencil is useless. Its only advantage is the color (I have lapis navy). It is hard, dry, crumbles when applied, impossible to draw a straight line, and forget about smudging. The quality is terrible. The makeup service, as always, is excellent.
This pencil is terrible. I bought it in the shade lapis navy. It's hard, smudges on the eyelid, and doesn't blend well. I got it for my waterline, but it not only doesn't stay on the waterline but also doesn't even draw a line. It's a waste of money.
