I was extremely disappointed with this micellar water that I bought. Sometimes, when I saw negative reviews about other micellar waters, like "it doesn't remove well" or "it doesn't remove anything at all", I always thought, how could that be, it's all lies. And it turns out, it can happen. And that's exactly what happened with this micellar water.
It wasn't filled to the top, which is normal. There was oil separated on top of the water, also normal. The smell is pleasant and the ingredients are good. Just like it says on the label: shake well before use so that the oil mixes with the water. And now the most interesting part: when applied to a cotton pad, the consistency is not very liquid, unlike other micellar waters, maybe because of the oil. It doesn't remove anything. It doesn't feel pleasant on the skin when you glide the pad across your face. It feels somewhere in between a micellar water and a hydrophilic oil. It doesn't completely remove foundation and it's unable to remove mascara at all, even if you put the pad on your eye and wait. It simply can't dissolve the mascara. It's just awful.
Before this, I bought a micellar water from the same manufacturer with calendula petals. It was simply Van Lav, but unfortunately, it wasn't available anymore. I was very disappointed with this water, even though the manufacturer has many great products.
