This is as they say it is, a gel oil that I apply to my damp face and then lather. It removes makeup well, does not dry out the skin, even when I applied mascara, I rubbed it twice and washed it off, and there is no panda eyes. I don't know what ingredients are in it, whether they are good or not, but so far it hasn't done anything bad to my skin. The only thing is the smell, it is awful, like spoiled oil.
This product is wonderful. It doesn't tighten the skin, yet it effectively removes even very heavy and long-lasting makeup. It is much better than many other products that are priced 2-4 times higher than this one.
