Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes Waterproof Waterproof Mascara

It doesn't wash off at all. I bought a waterproof makeup remover but still ended up with black circles around my eyes. I even tried an oil-based remover. This is terrible! It's like I could lose my lashes altogether for this price. And my lashes don't even look significantly longer. I am very disappointed. I have always used the classic Hypnôse mascara and loved it. But this one is a complete disappointment.

I have very straight lashes, and this mascara keeps the curl all day without smudging. It smells great too. Recently, there was heavy snowfall, but my lashes remained intact. I highly recommend it. )

A few days ago, I ordered this mascara, but unfortunately, it turned out to be of poor quality. It is dry and flakes off easily. I want to bring this to the attention of potential buyers - it is not worth spending money on. In my opinion, these are not original products, but rather cheap imitations.

The dry mascara clumps together the lashes, providing minimal length and volume unlike the waterproof Lancôme mascara. It's a waste of money as it is impossible to use.

This mascara is impossible to remove from the eyelashes with anything! It doesn't come off with any makeup removers and stays on the lashes like clumped wax hairs :)
Moreover, the application leaves much to be desired. You need to apply the mascara in 6 layers just to achieve any kind of coloring effect. There is no volume or lengthening whatsoever.
I'm giving it one star only for the brand, unfortunately, there is nothing else to praise.

I bought this mascara almost by accident, and it remained unused for a long time because I rarely need waterproof mascara. I have very straight eyelashes that do not hold a curl even after using a curler. After some time, I used it during rainfall and was incredibly surprised to discover that the curl remained intact all day; it fixes it firmly. I don't know if the non-waterproof Lancome mascara has the same effect, but this one does an excellent job of holding my lashes. I always remove my makeup with a hydrophilic oil, and this mascara is easily removed with it; you just need to work the oil on the lashes a little more intensively.

I usually like Lancome mascaras, but this one is just terrible! After using it for about a month (maybe longer), I felt compelled to write a review. Perhaps it will help someone. The only thing waterproof about it is that it's difficult to remove. Of course, I use special removers, but it still flakes off and smudges, even if you don't wash your face! If it rains, the humidity is high, or for no reason at all, there are black streaks under the eyes. So, what waterproofness are they talking about if it doesn't even fulfill that function? But the main issue, as others have mentioned, is that it feels like there's hardly any mascara on the lashes. There's no effect of volumized lashes, whether you apply a little or a lot. Only negatives after application. The mascara is very greasy - sometimes the lashes stick together after applying, even though I don't use a lot. The lashes are in a terrible condition afterwards, it feels like I've applied resin ((( well, that's it. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. But only this specific series, other Lancome mascaras from different series, for example, the non-waterproof ones, the classics, work perfectly. I've been using them for years.

The mascara is excellent, just what I need - it doesn't come off with anything except Lancome Bi-Facil.

To those who say it's difficult to remove, my question is - why are you buying waterproof mascara? I use regular mascara and always carry a waterproof one in my makeup bag, so I can wear it in the shower at any temperature, go swimming in the sea, wear contact lenses throughout the day, or put eye drops in. No matter how many times I rub my eyes, nothing happens, there's no panda effect or smudging. So either don't buy it if you don't know how to use it, or learn how to, because negative reviews about waterproof mascara that is "difficult to remove" just look silly.

The waterproofness of this mascara is beyond doubt, it withstands high humidity and rain, does not smudge on the eyelids, and does not flake. And it is easily removed with a dual-phase remover. I like that it is suitable for daytime makeup: the mascara goes on in a thin layer, separating each lash. I am very satisfied! Don't expect mega volume from it, unless you layer it about three times, but one layer is enough for me, I like a natural effect in my daily makeup. Moreover, it dries quickly after application, and that can be problematic. The only complaint about the brush: I naturally have curled lashes and it is sometimes difficult to apply the mascara to the outer corners of my upper lashes. I haven't had this issue with other mascaras. I can't call it perfect, but I definitely recommend this mascara!

The mascara holds up well, but I don't like how it applies. The first layer is barely visible, so I had to apply three layers to somewhat meet my expectations. I would rate it a 3 for its lasting power.
