Cuir Celeste by Ex Nihilo is an aromatic masterpiece that seamlessly blends innovation with tradition. Crafted for bold individuals, it embodies strength and elegance, awakening the senses. Its unique composition features black pepper, violet leaves, and galbanum as the top notes, ambrette and osmanthus at its heart, and wood and patchouli in the base. This fusion of notes makes it truly versatile, suitable for both men and women. Distinctive and captivating, this fragrance is perfect for both daytime and evening outings, adding energy and charisma, transforming even a simple stroll into an exciting adventure.
Top Note opens with the balsamic freshness of galbanum, highlighted by subtle hints of violet leaves and the spicy kick of black pepper. This combination creates a sense of lightness and brightness, immediately capturing attention.
Heart Note combines the gentle, slightly animalic accords of ambrette with the complex, fruity-floral osmanthus. They imbue the fragrance with mystery and sensuality, making it truly refined.
Base Note reveals the nobility of wood intertwined with exotic patchouli. They form a long-lasting and serene trail, creating a sense of harmony.
I bought a sample, not here, unfortunately, they don't have it here, but what I want to say is: I love niche fragrances for their ability to disappear and then be heard again! About the scent - it's not an addictive drug, of course, this fragrance is very light ("heavenly skin"), you can just spray a few times and not suffocate. I sprayed it in the morning, then at 4:00 PM, and also on my wrist, that's the only way I could enjoy this scent. I can mostly smell the violet, which I have loved since childhood (night violet is pure bliss), it's good that I don't smell the leather, I'm not a fan of it somehow. If I had known the translation of the name earlier, maybe I wouldn't have bought it (in Hermes' Kelly, the leather is very prominent, even though I sprayed 100ml of that fragrance). In the evening, I took a shower, washed my hair, and the scent disappeared. But when I had coffee at 11:30 PM (I'm a terrible coffee lover, criticize me :), oh yes, and a perfume maniac), I smelled the familiar scent again, from my wrist. My skin became warmer - and it revealed itself! Bingo! A fragrance for warm skin!
