I would like to add that the skin doesn't feel sticky to the touch, it is soft and very well moisturized. The sensation is pleasant.
I purchased this product at the pharmacy. I am 53 years old and have combination skin. I do not use waterproof cosmetics. This micellar water effectively removes mascara and cleanses the skin from makeup. Before use, shake well. It leaves a shiny film which I remove with a dry cotton pad after about 20-30 minutes, or I lightly dampen the pad with toner and then apply moisturizer. I am satisfied with the effectiveness of this micellar water, as it leaves my skin soft and moisturized without any irritation.
The product doesn't cleanse well, it pinches the face, and it's slightly inconvenient to use. Additionally, the layers don't blend together well.
