The "Stimulating" Hair Mask from The Doctor Health & Care brand is an effective cosmetic solution for the intensive strengthening of weakened hair, the activation of their growth, and the prevention of hair loss. It contains caffeine, which improves the microcirculation of blood to the scalp, awakens dormant hair follicles, and restores lost vitality to the hair. The formula also includes ginger essential oil, which acts as an effective stimulant for hair strand growth, making them thicker and helping to normalize the function of the sebaceous glands in the epidermis.

Apply to the root area and distribute evenly through the length of clean, damp hair. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. Precautions: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Increased sensitivity to individual components is possible.
After using this mask, my hair feels softer and more pleasant to the touch (it is dried out from coloring). I cannot say anything about the stimulating effect yet, as I have only used it twice. The scent is normal, not overpowering. The texture is quite liquid, but it does not drip.
As for the obvious downsides, the jar is inconvenient, being tall and narrow. When you reach halfway through the jar, it becomes difficult to reach the product. I transferred my mask into a low and wide jar from a previous product.
This mask didn't make my hair super smooth, but it did make them pleasant. I like that it's silicone-free and has a light scent. I use it together with the same shampoo, as I'm trying to avoid products with silicones. Of course, my hair is not as smooth as before, but the effect from this manufacturer is not bad.
