Bosqie's English Epsom Salt for baths is a 100% natural magnesium sulfate crystal. It has a beneficial impact on the body as a whole and on the skin in particular. This product is recommended for those who are actively engaged in sports, following high physical exertions, for post-traumatic rehabilitation, and also for replenishing the body's deficiency in magnesium and sulfur.

Foot or Hand Bath: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt in 5-7 liters of water. Recommended water temperature: 50°C. During the bath, you can perform a massage that smooths the skin and prepares your hands or feet for further manicure/pedicure treatments. The bath will have antiseptic and soothing effects, significantly improve the appearance of rough skin, reduce swelling, address skin changes, provide antibacterial benefits, and assist in treating skin conditions.
Full Body Bath: Dissolve several tablespoons of salt in a bathtub filled with water at a temperature of 37-40°C. Stay in the bath for about 20 minutes. Salt baths are recommended 2-3 times a week.
Children’s Bath: Use 1 teaspoon of salt per bath for a 10-minute soak. Before bathing, stimulate blood circulation with a pre-bath peeling in the shower. We recommend using BOSQIE clay or ready-made scrubs available on the market. This treatment will remove dead skin cells and enhance the absorption of the minerals contained in the salt.
Salt Compress: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in a glass of warm water, soak a cotton compress in the solution, and apply it to the desired area. To enhance the effect, you can wrap the compress with a warm towel or plastic wrap. Leave the compress on for 1-2 hours. A cold compress can also be used for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, reducing swelling and tissue inflammation.
Exfoliation: Mix salt with your favorite natural Bosqie oil. Gently massage your body in circular motions to exfoliate, then rinse off with warm water.
Rubdown: Recommended for illnesses with high fever, including in children. Wipe the entire body with a high-concentration salt solution.
Acne: The ingredients in the salt deeply penetrate the skin, nourishing and regenerating cells. They prevent the growth of pus-forming bacteria and normalize sebum production. Use the solution to wash areas with skin problems. It works well as a daily care product for oily skin (acne, eczema, combination skin). Visible effects can be seen in 2-3 weeks. An optimal solution is 1-2% salt diluted in warm mineral water. Soak a cotton pad in the prepared solution and cleanse the skin on the face, forehead, and back.
