The enchanting oriental-floral scent of Good Fortune perfumed water for women by Viktor & Rolf is a magical potion, masterfully blending shades of utterly unique notes. The captivating character of the fragrance is further highlighted by the delightful bottle, crowned with a cap shaped like a precious amethyst.
The main highlight of this perfumery creation is the fennel note obtained by an innovative method, whose sound is very expressive, fresh, with light hints of anise. It is harmoniously complemented by the unobtrusive passage of alpine gentian with powdery undertones. At the heart of the fragrance lies the mystical jasmine, whose honeyed sweetness evokes the hot Eastern nights. In the fragrance's trail, the incomparable Madagascan vanilla takes the solo part - languid, seductive, and sensual.
Regarding the scent, I am completely satisfied! Of course, it reminds me of all the lilac perfumes, especially Eclet and Alien by Mugler! But what a pleasant luxury it is! Don't listen to anyone, especially the negative reviews! It's beauty in a bottle! I highly recommend it!
I ordered it from the EU, and it was delivered in 4 days. Thank you, Makeup. Since there aren't many reviews for this fragrance, my purchase was essentially blind, and I am pleasantly surprised. The bottle is very beautiful, feels nice to hold, and looks elegant and aesthetic. The scent is not complex; for me, it is practically a single note fragrance. Upon application, I can perceive a certain weak bitter note, and afterwards, it gradually reminds me of YSL Libre in the base, with the only shared note being jasmine, which is quite strong here. In fact, that's the only note I can perceive. The vanilla is almost unnoticeable, and I don't particularly detect a trail. It sits close to the body, but the scent is rich, intense, and is associated with the color of the bottle. Perhaps the price is slightly inflated, but regardless, the fragrance is worth attention. It is not mainstream, not overwhelming, and not simple. There is something else alongside jasmine that grabs onto it and makes it deep, rich, and interesting in its composition.
