For the best results, start applying from the roots of your lashes. Wiggle the brush while moving it upward along the lashes. Allow the mascara to dry. Apply a second or third coat as needed.
The mascara is partially dry and does not apply evenly. After a few uses, it completely dried out. I do not recommend it at all.
