It's not exactly what I expected, but it does cleanse and tighten the skin after use.
It is truly amazing at moisturizing, with a thick consistency. For me, it is a real lifesaver when using a product with retinol. I seal it with a cream and my skin shines from the moisture. I deducted one star because sometimes there is a sticky feeling after applying, but it does a great job at its task.
Thick toner, provides good moisturization. I like to use it during the transitional seasons, sealing it with a cream to "lock out the moisture". I bought it based on a recommendation from a Western blogger and was pleasantly surprised. In the future, I will be searching for a marine hyaluronic acid and giving it more preference.
