I did not buy it here. I bought it in Poland. So, I'm reading about the smell and I'm surprised because it's practically nonexistent. It has a very light scent. It doesn't have to remove makeup. Before this, I use cleansing oil, then this gel, and wiping my face with a cotton pad soaked in tonic, there is no makeup left. It doesn't dry out the skin, no breakouts appeared. But I haven't noticed any improvements either. It's just a gel that does the job of a gel, removing dirt and that's it. It's perfect for morning cleansing, but for evening routine, you need something "stronger" :D
Does not cleanse! It doesn't even remove the remnants of "dirt" as mentioned by the previous commentator.

I have been using this product for 22 years and have been using it for 2 months now. It is the best facial cleanser I have tried. It has helped even out my skin tone and reduce the occurrence of pimples.

If you're hoping to remove makeup with this product, it won't work. I remove my foundation with micellar water and then wash my face with a gel cleanser. And I also wash my face with it in the morning. I have dry skin and it doesn't leave a tight feeling afterwards. It's suitable as a gentle face wash.
