I bought it in the store, but it is definitely average. It doesn't provide much nourishment and is watery (I agree with previous reviews). For long hair, you need a lot of product. It doesn't give much shine (compared to the conditioner by John Frieda). The brand's shower gels are very nice 😍, but there seems to be some flaw in the formula of this product.
It is too watery, but surprisingly, it works well on my porous and chopped hair. Ladies who used to buy silicone-based conditioners may criticize this conditioner, but I personally liked it.
I rarely come across products that are truly "nothing special". And this conditioner is definitely one of them. Everything about it is just bad.
I didn't understand this product at all! It is very watery, and after two uses, my hair feels like it's covered in a film. I have porous and thick hair, and after using this product, it feels like a tangled mess on my head. There is no smoothness, shine, or nourishment. Even worse, it had a negative effect on my daughter's natural hair.
