1. Pre-use Preparation: Wash the cup with soap and boil it for 10-15 minutes before the first use.
2. Hand Hygiene: Clean hands ensure safe use! Fold the cup into a "C" or "U" shape, or like the number "7", whichever is most comfortable.
3. Hold the cup with your thumb and index finger, directing the "tail" towards your palm.
4. Insert and rotate the cup: Before insertion, find a comfortable position and relax your pelvic muscles. Insert the cup lower than a tampon. Once the cup unfolds, you might feel slight pressure against the vaginal walls and a "suction" sensation, which secures it and prevents leaks. To ensure it's securely in place, gently rotate the cup.
5. Removal (after 8-12 hours): Clean your hands. Locate the cup's "tail" and feel for the base. Pinch the base with two fingers to reduce suction and gently pull the cup out with a downward motion.
6. Sterilize the cup between cycles.
