A water that smells like cologne, but unfortunately, it doesn't moisturize. However, I hope that there are peptides in it. Moreover, the bottle leaks, so the overall impression of the product is not that great.

This is not a toner. A toner should be thicker. But this is like water. Very liquid. The consumption is not economical. The packaging is of good quality. A glass bottle.
