I went to a trichologist who developed a treatment plan for me. The first stage of the treatment involved using these ampoules and shampoo from the same series. I used 2 boxes, washing my hair every other day following this schedule: two ampoules on the first day, a break on the second day, and one ampoule on the third day. Two boxes lasted me around 1.5 months. During this time, my hair loss decreased by 4 times and I noticed a lot of new hair growth. I also took additional supplements to replenish my iron and vitamin D levels. However, when I retook the tests, the results didn't change significantly, so I believe that the hair loss stopped mainly due to these capsules.
Overall, I think this is a good treatment plan, but it is important to use it under the supervision of a doctor and first understand the underlying causes of hair loss.
