Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair that has been dampened with warm water. Massage your scalp and hair for a few minutes, ensuring the shampoo is evenly distributed. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary.
I bought the shampoo together with the conditioner. Considering the price and the brand, I was expecting something amazing. However, it turned out to be far from amazing. Even when used with the conditioner, my hair becomes frizzy at the ends (and loses volume at the roots), it loses its shine, it washes out my hair dye a lot, it lacks moisture, and I haven't noticed any strengthening effect either. The only positive thing is that it's perfect for sensitive scalp; after just two uses, any irritation caused by the previous product disappeared completely. But if I only wanted that effect, I would have bought a product three times cheaper.
