Sanitize your hands with a disinfectant.
Apply the scrub using circular massage movements, then rinse it off.
Apply and massage in a special nourishing cream or oil.
Heat the paraffin bath to a temperature of 50-60 degrees Celsius.
Dip one hand into the paraffin bath for a few seconds and then remove it. Hold your hand over the container to let the excess paraffin drip off. After 3-5 seconds, dip your hand back into the bath. Repeat this process at least three times. Follow the same procedure for the other hand. Make sure your fingers are spread apart to allow for even distribution of the paraffin.
Put on plastic gloves and then special mittens.
Leave them on for 20 minutes.
Once the paraffin has cooled, remove the mittens and plastic gloves. Wipe off any remaining paraffin with a tissue.
Apply a nourishing or moisturizing cream. You're done!
